Shipping policy

Processing Time: We know you’re excited to start practicing! We ship orders daily via USPS. Most orders are processed and sent out within 1-2 business days.

Tracking & Delivery: All orders include a tracking number. If your tracking status shows 'Delivered' but you have not received your package, please reach out to us. We offer a one-time complimentary replacement for lost-in-transit orders that are marked as delivered. Subsequent missing orders will need to be resolved with your local post office.
